The political engagement challenge

Your members and voters are in every riding across the country. Reaching them all is not optional — it is the job.

Whether you are running a national leadership convention, a provincial campaign, or a single constituency town hall, the challenge is the same: party members, voters and constituents are spread across enormous geographies, and the window to reach them is always shorter than you want it to be.

338
federal ridings span a country of 10 million km². A national party with members in every riding cannot rely on in-person events or email open rates alone to mobilize, consult, or get out the vote.
Elections Canada — Canada electoral district data
Weeks
Federal and provincial campaign periods compress the entire voter mobilization calendar into weeks. GOTV outreach that cannot scale instantly to tens of thousands of contacts is not GOTV — it is wishful thinking.
Canada Elections Act; provincial elections legislation
Trust
Constituent trust is built through direct, two-way contact — not press releases. A Member of Parliament or MPP who can be heard and questioned live by thousands of constituents at once demonstrates a kind of accountability that no press conference can replicate.
Samara Centre for Democracy; EKOS Research — democratic participation data
Converso is the infrastructure of democratic participation at scale.
We are non-partisan. We have worked with Premiers, federal Ministers, MPs, and MPPs across every major political party in Canada. Our role is not to advance any political agenda — it is to give every party, every elected official, and every candidate the same infrastructure advantage: the ability to reach their members, voters and constituents directly, live, two-way, by phone, in any language, across any geography, at any scale. Essentially, to give YOU a voice.

We are the direct channel between political leaders and the people they serve, at any scale, in any riding.

When Ontario MPPs like Stan Cho, Peter Tabuns, or Peggy Sattler need to reach 30,000 constituents for a riding town hall, Converso calls every number on the list, connects participants live, and produces a complete event record with live Q&A, real-time polling, and every question captured for the member's files.

When a party campaign like the Alberta Green Party, Progressive Conservatives of Manitoba or the United Conservative Party in Alberta needs GOTV outreach across multiple ridings simultaneously, Converso coordinates the logistics, manages the call campaign, and reports results in real time. Converso produces events with full operator support, question vetting, and live polling — turnkey, on time, on record.

Case Study — Progressive Conservative Party of Manitoba

Forty town halls. Thirty-four ridings. One province in conversation.

Heading into the 2023 provincial election, the PC Party needed to re-engage soft supporters and undecided voters at scale — across both dense Winnipeg neighbourhoods and remote rural ridings. Door-knocking alone could not deliver the reach or the two-way dialogue the moment required.

Converso deployed a phased 40-event Virtual Town Hall program across 34 strategic ridings between February and October 2023. Each 60-minute event dialed approximately 10,000 households, preceded by an automated reminder call 24 hours prior. Voters joined live to hear directly from PC candidates, ask questions in real time, and respond to instant polls — generating both engagement and constituency-level intelligence the campaign could act on.

★★★★★

"A telephone town hall with Converso is the most efficient constituent engagement tool we have ever used. We reached more constituents in one evening than we could in a dozen in-person events — and the quality of questions we got from the community was remarkable. Every constituent got the same call."

Constituency Office Staff
Ontario MPP, Government of Ontario
★★★★★

"We needed to run three stakeholder town halls in quick succession — different audiences, consistent quality, full event documentation. Converso produced every session to exactly the standard our clients expected. The live question vetting, real-time polling, and same-day record delivery made us look like a much larger operation than we are."

That is exactly what you want from an events partner in a politically sensitive environment. No surprises, no agenda, just excellent execution."
